3 day minimum in high and mid season - A refundable security deposit to hold property is required with signed rental agreement.
Refundable Security Deposit::1 week $300; 2-3 weeks $500; 4 weeks $1,000. Full payment (including $120 cleaning fee) is due 30 days prior to rental start date. Reservation will be confirmed only upon receipt of signed rental agreement and deposit.
Refunds The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure, less any damages.
