Indian Wells CC Home with Pool and Casita

This is the Villaggio home that Peter Ministrelli himself had customized with more wonderful upgrades than you could imagine. No detail has been spared in this one of a kind, 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath, detached casita luxury home. This house has the highest elevation on the golf course (of all the Villaggio homes) overlooking a beautiful triple fairway. Unobstructed South-facing views from the rear patio of the breathtaking Santa Rosa Mountains, with the golf course in the foreground. Pool and spa are 'salt water' for your enjoyment and heated to your desired temperature.
The Great Room is well appointed with a 'Marge Carson' (3 piece) sectional as the focal point. Expansive marble fireplace, big screen HDTV, and sunken bar that is a "party central" favorite of most guests. Marble floors and granite counter tops are spectacular to behold - Peter picked only the finest for his home.
If you like music you can listen to it in nearly every room as well as the complete back patio area, each with individual room volume controls. The custom bar-b-q area even has granite counter tops which makes outside entertaining that much simpler.
The Master Bedroom Suite has it's own 'marble encased' fireplace with a long beautiful hearth. This room also has 'black out' drapes that will make the room pitch dark in the middle of the day, if you wish to sleep in from 'over-entertaining' the night before! The Master Bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, twin sinks, and once again, only the finest stone work and carpet.
The Casita is beautifully appointed with it's own Sub-Zero unit with an icemaker. Again, Peter spared no expense in finishing this Casita off as nice as most Master Bedrooms you will see. It's has a wonderful combination of painting and faux throughtout this bedroom-bathroom, very large closet, 'little house'.

If you can't find fun things to do while staying in this lovely home, just stay home and enjoy what's already around you!!

You will be staying in the middle of paradise with every possible amenity at your finger tips.
